Software that makes work easier.

I build apps, websites and AI solutions for all platforms to lighten your workload.

  • Based in Paderborn
  • One contact from idea to operation
  • Own app in the App Store and on Google Play

01 — Services

What I build for you

My focus is on apps and AI features that take work off your business. Websites and maintenance are part of what I offer as well.

  1. 01

    Apps for every platform

For you if a workflow still runs on paper, in spreadsheets or across several separate programs.

I develop your app once and deliver it for iPhone, Android, the web, Windows, macOS and Linux.

    • One app for the platforms your users rely on
    • Publishing in the Apple App Store and on Google Play
  2. 02

    AI solutions for your workflows

For you if your team regularly enters receipts, reads long documents or answers recurring enquiries.

I develop AI features that read documents, summarise text or suggest replies, and integrate them into your app or workflow.

    • Advice on where AI can take work off your hands
    • Implementation, for example receipt capture, summaries or an assistant for recurring questions
    • Data protection from the outset: a data processing agreement with the AI provider and no use of your data for training without your consent
  3. 03

    Websites for small businesses

For you if customers look for you online and cannot find an up-to-date website.

I build a fast website that works as well on a smartphone as on a computer. If you wish, I also handle hosting and keep the content up to date.

    • Easy to read on every device
    • Hosting and maintenance with no technical effort on your side
  4. 04

    Maintenance and development

For you if your application is in use and needs ongoing support.

Software needs regular maintenance to stay secure and working. I keep it up to date, fix bugs and develop new features, both for my own projects and for existing applications.

    • Updates for new versions of iOS, Android and web browsers
    • Small changes and new features
    • Bug fixes during operation

02 — Who it's for

Typical starting points

In these situations, software can noticeably reduce the workload in your business.

  • Your most important workflow runs on spreadsheets or paper?

It can become an app that also works on the go. Data is entered once and is available to everyone involved.

  • Receipts, forms or reports take up time every month?

When the same details are entered again and again, AI can fill them in. Your staff only need to review and confirm.

  • You have an idea for an app, but no development team?

I develop the app for the devices your users have, from the first version to publication.

  • Your app is in use, but nobody looks after it any more?

I review its current state, give you a clear assessment and, if you wish, take over maintenance.

03 — Process

Four steps to a finished product

From the first idea to day-to-day operation, you have one point of contact. You always know where your project stands.

  1. 1. Understand

You describe how your workflow runs today, by email or in a scheduled call. I ask questions until the requirements are clear.

  2. 2. Plan

You receive a concept and a fixed-price quote. If AI is to be used, the concept describes where it will take work off your hands. Development only starts once you approve.

  3. 3. Build

I develop the application and show you progress at regular intervals. Your feedback goes straight into the next version.

  4. 4. Hand over

The application goes live or into the app stores. If you wish, I then take care of maintenance and further development.

ImmoNote

digital handover reports

Handover reports are often written on paper and transferred to a computer later.

My own app for move-in and move-out reports, with checklists, photos, PDF export and cloud sync. It is designed for property managers, landlords and letting agents and is available in the Apple App Store and on Google Play.

  • Lettings app for a property management company

Prospective tenants, viewings and documents were spread across several inboxes and calendars.

A web app for a property management company covering properties, prospective tenants, enquiries with status history, viewings with calendar invitations by email, document storage and tiered user permissions. Data is deleted automatically after defined retention periods.

Solventec bookkeeping: capturing receipts with AI

Every receipt has to be recorded with amount, date, supplier and tax. Doing this by hand takes a lot of time.

My own internal bookkeeping app for iPhone and web. I am currently developing an AI feature that reads receipts and suggests amount, date, supplier, VAT and category. Every suggestion is confirmed manually. The feature remains switched off until the data processing agreement and records of processing are in place. I follow the same approach when implementing AI for clients.

    Ordering portal for a wholesaler

Business customers should be able to order online instead of by phone or email.

A closed customer portal with a categorised catalogue, shopping cart, orders with status history, management of customer companies, users and permissions, and email notifications. Access is by invitation only. Integration with the ERP system is in preparation.

Redesign concept for a record shop in Kassel

A record shop's existing website was not designed for smartphones.

A draft for a new, mobile-friendly website, created as a concept rather than a commission. After signing in, new releases, recommendations and rarities can be edited directly on the page, including from a smartphone. Google Maps is only loaded after consent.

05 — Website check

Website check

I review your current website and show you where it stands today. If you like, I can then redesign it completely so that you clearly stand out from your competitors.

What I look at:

  • Design and first impression
  • Display on smartphone, tablet and computer
  • Loading time and technology
  • Visibility on Google
  • Legal notice and privacy policy

I will send the result to this address.

06 — Why Solventec

Why Solventec

You work directly with the developer. I use AI where it genuinely reduces your workload.

I'm Linus-Alexander Steinert. Solventec is my business, based in Paderborn, Germany. I work with clients locally and across the German-speaking region.

  • Direct contact with the developer

There is no project manager and no handover between us. I implement your requirements myself.

  • Experience with my own products

ImmoNote is available in the Apple App Store and on Google Play, and I use my bookkeeping app myself. I know what software needs to deliver in daily use.

  • AI solutions I develop myself

I develop the AI features myself and use them where they take work off your hands. Data protection is settled before any data is processed.

  • Fixed price instead of hourly billing

After our initial conversation you receive a fixed-price quote. You know the cost before work begins.

07 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions. I am happy to answer any others personally.

Is AI worthwhile for our business?

AI is most useful for recurring work with text and documents, such as data entry, summarising or categorising. I look at your workflow and give you a clear assessment of whether the effort pays off.

What happens to our data when AI is used?

Before any data is sent to an AI provider, the basics are in place: a data processing agreement with the provider, an entry in your records of processing and an assurance that your data will not be used for training without your consent. Only the data the task requires is sent to the AI. The results are suggestions that a person confirms. This does not replace legal advice.

iPhone, Android, web or desktop: what do we need?

That depends on which devices your users have. I develop the app from a single codebase for iPhone, Android, the web, Windows, macOS and Linux. We start with the platforms you actually need.

How much does an app cost?

That depends on the features. After an initial conversation you receive a fixed-price quote. Hosting and maintenance are available as a monthly flat fee if you wish.

How long does a project take?

That also depends on the scope. The quote includes a realistic completion date.

We already have an app. Can you take it over?

Yes, if it was built with technology I work with. I first review the existing code and give you an assessment. You then decide whether I take over maintenance.
